Delete your Pexorio account and data

You can permanently delete your account from the Pexorio mobile app or website. Deletion cannot be undone, and it is not a temporary deactivation.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. 1. Open Pexorio and sign in.
  2. 2. Open the left menu and select Settings.
  3. 3. Under Account actions, select Delete account.
  4. 4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Delete from the website

  1. 1. Sign in to Pexorio on the web.
  2. 2. Open Settings and select the account section.
  3. 3. Find Delete account and type DELETE.
  4. 4. Select Delete to confirm.

Data deleted with your account

Account deletion removes data associated with your Pexorio identity, including:

  • Your account, profile, linked sign-in identities, and active sessions
  • Courses, uploaded materials, notes, annotations, and stored files
  • Ask Pexo conversations and saved chat history
  • To-Dos, calendar events, attendance, and reminder settings
  • Practice history, Study Session history, and saved learning progress
  • Friend connections, shared study status, and registered notification devices
De-identified operational measurements that can no longer be connected to your account may remain. We may also retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We do not retain your private academic content for those purposes. No additional retention period applies to private academic content after account deletion completes.

Cannot access your account?

Email us from the address connected to your Pexorio account. Use the subject “Delete my Pexorio account”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
