Create the semester
Add active courses with names, optional course codes, and colors that remain consistent across the Study Desk and calendar.
Semester planning and attendance
Pexorio brings courses, recurring classes, deadlines, todos, attendance, and focus sessions into one academic planning view.

A deadline on a calendar is useful, but it is more useful when it belongs to the same course workspace as the lecture material and study activity behind it.
Pexorio keeps recurring classes, personal events, tasks, and attendance connected to the semester so the Study Desk can show what needs attention now.
How it works
Add active courses with names, optional course codes, and colors that remain consistent across the Study Desk and calendar.
Add recurring classes and rooms, then record attendance as present, absent, late, excused, or cancelled.
Add deadlines and todos, view selected-day events, and start a focus session when it is time to work.
01
Attendance recovery is not simply the gap between the current percentage and the target. It depends on how future attended classes change the total number of classes held.
Pexorio calculates how many consecutive classes are needed to reach the target and how many can be missed while staying above it.
02
Day and week views place timed events across their actual duration. Empty time remains visually open, making gaps between classes easier to recognize.
Course colors provide a consistent edge and background tint while event details remain available when the event is opened.
Use academic judgement. Pexorio's attendance calculations are planning aids. Students should confirm institutional rules for rounding, excused absences, cancelled classes, and minimum-attendance requirements.
